Cara has 14 years' experience as a relaxation massage therapist.  She has been living in the Bellarine for 8 years and enjoys this beautiful part of the work with her two children and husband Brad.

Starting with a gentle cream cleanse,  next a intensive rejuvenating serum is applied to the face using either a Rose Quarts Gua Sha, Roller or  Mushroom Gua Sha .  Your skin will feel hydrated, fine line will appear smoother  and your complexion will positively glow.  We end the treatment with a Rose Quarts Crystal Eye mask and Hydrating Mist while you melt into a head and scalp massage.

Lomi Lomi Hot Stone Massage is a full body relaxation massage that includes long strokes with some heated basalt stones held within the palm of your therapist’s hands.  Allow the heat to penetrate deeply your muscle tissue, leaving you with a divine sense of relaxation that is unforgettable.
